KI Flow™
Bring a new sense of freedom, range of motion and expanded sense of energy to your body while creating a stronger, more rooted posture. Applied as a low impact way of opening your body or to realign the structure, tone and strengthen the physical muscles the KI Flow™ energy movement system brings you into your core providing a profound sense of Self. This connects all bodies, all energies and systems through a series of movements designed by Kaleo Indigo to open and stretch the fascia of the body, strengthen the muscles, build the core and establish a rooted stance in the legs. In so doing one may experience a sense of their body being expanded with a greater flow of energy, blood and respiration. The KI Flow™ energy movement system stretches the imagination and opens you to being more than you ever thought possible.

Qigong
Chinese Medical Qigong (Chi-Gong) is an ancient practice that uses the breath, movement and visualization to clear energy channels, meridians that relate to organs and emotions as well as tone, strengthen and regulate those same channels and organ systems. Through qigong we stabilize the mood while keeping the mind peaceful and tranquil. The breath brings life force into the body combined with movement to open and stretch the meridians while the mind guides the chi (energy) in, through and around the body.

TaiJi
TaiJi, also known as Taijiquan, is a martial art that carries defensive applications and is considered to be a slow moving martial art. TaiJi translates into “Supreme Ultimate Fist” or “Boundless Fist” representing the fusion of YinYang into a single ultimate. TaiJi is practiced slow giving the body time to build memory to arrive together in one single blow very fast if ever need be applied defensively. As a moving meditation TaiJi instills confidence, poise and security in oneself while bringing about full body awareness that you can carry into everyday life.

Yoga
This practice is suitable for everybody from beginner to intermediate and advanced. Any age can benefit through yoga whether its light and fun for children, intense and challenging for adults or calming and relaxing for those who have been injured or need a soothing flow to help open their body. By utilizing the breath in coordination with movement known as Vinyasa you will find how to gracefully move in and out of each pose taking yourself to a deeper place as you carry through your practice. After many years of experience Indigo Holistics will lead you through a blend of various styles of yoga like, Iyengar, Sivananda and Ashtanga to bring a focus of body alignment, calm centered mentality and invigorating strength moving beyond the traditional sense of yoga to find a more profound aspect of yourself.

Kids In Motion
Kids In Motion is designed with children in mind, which introduces body movement in a way that encourages imagination and fun. These KI Flow™, TaiJi and Yoga classes are adapted to suit the youth during the different stages of growth bringing kinesthetic awareness without so much brain gym. Promoting laughter as well as creating a calm essence about how one moves through space is our main focus.
